		<description>With the above recipe I am going to try cutting the sugars in half and using &quot;Black Strap Molasses&quot; starting out with a quarter cup and going from there. I use flaxseed too and sometimes add cooked brown rice into recipes I do. The chewiness is great with the brown rice in a pancake verses say a potato. I do quite a bit of experimenting with recipes after looking at a basic one; sometimes it works really well.....</description>

		<description>I love flax seed and tout it&#039;s benefits to anyone who will listen!  To reep the most benefits of flax, it should be ground though which makes me sad bc I love the nutty quality of it whole.</description>
